Noridian Healthcare Solutions, LLC (Noridian), a leader in developing solutions for federal, state and commercial health care programs, has expanded its business development team in response to organizational growth and market expansion initiatives. The new roles support market expansion efforst and enhance client services.

Tiffany Dschaak, vice president of product and bid management, and Christine Dunleavy, vice president of channel management, join the business development team led by Noridian’s Chief Growth Officer Robert “Woody” Barela.

In her role as VP of product and bid management, Dschaak will support Noridian’s strategic growth efforts as she oversees product strategy and development, marketing and sales support. Dschaak, a registered nurse, has been with Noridian since 2010 and previously worked in medical review. She works in the Detroit Lakes, Minnesota, region and from Noridian’s Fargo headquarters.

In her role as VP of channel management, Dunleavy will direct Noridian’s sales initiatives and assist in their execution. Dunleavy will collaborate with clients to identify their needs, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process. She joined Noridian in December 2021 and brings a wealth of health care business development experience. Dunleavy will execute her role from Newton, Massachusetts.
